Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. in India seeks a Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of manual testing. You will design, implement and own QA deliverables for Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

The role requires strong communication, Agile experience, and hands-on use of Azure DevOps or Jira. Salesforce certifications are a plus and exposure to automation testing is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and executing test cases across Salesforce projects

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Salesforce QA test engineer with 4+ years of relevant experience on manual testing. Hands on with testing, test designing and accountable for the QA delivery with high quality. Must Have Experience working with Salesforce Technology. Analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases for a given project. Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks. Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc. Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management. Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans. Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies. Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Good to Have Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification
• Exposure to Salesforce business analysts
• Experience with Salesforce automation testing
