Job summary

mindZvue is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to be embedded onsite in Hyderabad, delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions within a global tech giant environment. You will work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, LWC, and Flows, while building Agentforce agents and GenAI-powered features.

This role requires 4+ years of Salesforce development and a strong understanding of API integrations, security, and SDLC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and governor limits.
• Based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate) and able to work full-time from the client's office.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Agentforce agents to automate business workflows at global scale.

What You’ll Do

• Work onsite at the client’s Hyderabad campus, embedded within a high-caliber engineering organization at a leading global technology company.

• Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Build and configure Agentforce agents — topics, actions, prompt templates, and guardrails — that automate real business workflows at global scale.

• Develop GenAI-powered features using Prompt Builder, Einstein/Agentforce capabilities, and LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) integrated with the Salesforce platform.

• Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic coding workflows to accelerate build, testing, and documentation — and help define how AI-first delivery works.

• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, and lead technical design sessions with client architects and stakeholders.

• Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, middleware) with external systems, following real-time, batch, and async patterns.

• Champion engineering best practices — CI/CD, source control, code reviews, and test-driven development — in an environment that holds one of the highest engineering bars in the world.

• Represent mindZvue with professionalism and ownership — you are our brand at the client site.

• Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and governor limits.

• Based in Hyderabad (or committed to relocating) and comfortable working full-time from the client’s office.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async, Web Services), LWC, Aura, and Flows.

• Experience building or consuming REST APIs and event-driven integrations.

• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar — and the judgment to use them well.

• Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals and how to design reliable, safe AI-driven automation.

• Hands-on experience with data governance, security models, CI/CD, and SDLC best practices.
