Job summary

mindZvue in Pune, Nagpur and Indore is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead portfolio-level engagements across multiple Salesforce programs. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Practice Lead to run one of the fastest-growing delivery organizations in the ecosystem.

You will steer programs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce/GenAI, with AI-assisted delivery tooling embedded in planning, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or Delivery Manager, including managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Proven delivery record across small, mid, and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture; you don't need to code, but you must be able to challenge a design.
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, or Agentforce programs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple Salesforce engagements — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project planning, execution, governance, and closure using Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, or Waterfall models as the engagement demands.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive escalation before issues reach the client.
• Manage project financials, resource utilization, burn, and delivery metrics; flag margin risk early.
• Ensure clean execution of system testing, UAT, change management, training, and go-live.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders — building trust and managing expectations.

This is a portfolio-level delivery role, not a single-project PM seat. At mindZvue, our Delivery Managers own several concurrent Salesforce engagements — the clients, the teams, the timelines, the margins, and the outcomes — working directly with our Salesforce Practice Lead to run one of the fastest-growing delivery organizations in the ecosystem.

You’ll steer programs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce/GenAI, with AI-assisted delivery tooling built into how we plan, track, and report.

What Youll Do

Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple parallel Salesforce engagements — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project planning, execution, governance, and closure using Agile (Scrum), Hybrid, or Waterfall models as the engagement demands.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive escalation before issues reach the client.
• Manage project financials, resource utilization, burn, and delivery metrics; flag margin risk early.
• Ensure clean execution of system testing, UAT, change management, training, and go-live.

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for client stakeholders — building trust, managing expectations, and protecting the relationship.
• Facilitate business process discussions, solution walkthroughs, and steering committee reviews.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly delivery updates to internal leadership and client executives.
• Manage scope changes and change requests with commercial awareness — protect both the client outcome and mindZvues margin.

Team Leadership & Practice Building

• Lead cross-functional pods of Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA across engagements.
• Partner with the Practice Lead on resource planning, staffing, and utilization across the portfolio.
• Coach and grow team members — feedback, performance conversations, and career development.
• Strengthen delivery governance, templates, and reporting standards; champion AI-assisted delivery workflows across the practice.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Delivery Expertise

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or Delivery Manager, including managing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Proven delivery record across small, mid, and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture — you dont need to code, but you must be able to challenge a design.
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, or Agentforce programs is a strong plus.

Project & Program Management Skills

• Hands-on with planning, scheduling, scope/budget/risk management, resource planning, and dependency tracking.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum, hybrid delivery models, and Waterfall where required.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheet, and delivery reporting tooling.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate status reporting, documentation, and delivery analysis.

Consulting & Leadership

• Prior external consulting / SI partner experience with CRM or Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead client-facing discussions and influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; calm under pressure.
• Solid business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / SAFe certification is a strong plus.
