Job summary

mindZvue is seeking an Engagement Lead with 6+ years in Salesforce Business Analysis and CRM consulting. You will own discovery, solution design, and delivery, leading projects and teams in a hybrid work model in India.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / CRM Consultant with at least 2 years in project/workstream leadership.
• Proven success leading client-facing discovery and solutioning on mid-to-large Salesforce implementations.
• Prior experience in a consulting/SI partner environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery, requirement definition, and solution design workshops for Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud).
• Own end-to-end solution definition — BRDs, FSDs, flows, user journeys, and blueprints; align business goals with delivery.
• Act as solution owner and trusted advisor for client stakeholders from discovery through adoption.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, user-story generation, and UAT planning; coach the team to do the same.
• Plan and manage project scope, sprint cadence, budgets, and timelines across parallel workstreams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and governance with clients and leadership.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations to protect outcomes and commercial health.
• Drive UAT strategy, go-live readiness, and adoption/change management.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and delivery members; set goals and growth plans.
• Build delivery standards, templates, and reusable assets across the practice.

What You'll Do

Business Analysis & Solutioning (Primary Focus)

• Lead business discovery, requirement definition, and solution design workshops across complex Salesforce initiatives (Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Cloud).
• Own end-to-end solution definition — BRDs, FSDs, process flows, user journeys, and solution blueprints — ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Act as the solution owner and trusted advisor for client stakeholders from discovery through adoption.
• Use AI tools to accelerate requirement analysis, user-story generation, and UAT planning — and coach the team to do the same.

Project & Delivery Management

• Plan and manage project scope, sprint cadence, budgets, and timelines across parallel workstreams.
• Run Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and status governance with clients and internal leadership.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations — protecting both client outcomes and mindZvue commercial health.

People Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and delivery team members — goal setting, feedback, and career growth conversations.
• Build delivery standards, templates, and reusable assets that raise the bar across the practice.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / CRM Consultant, with at least 2 years managing projects or workstreams.
• Proven success leading client-facing discovery and solutioning on mid-to-large Salesforce implementations.
• Prior experience in a consulting / SI partner environment is highly preferred.

Functional & Delivery Skills

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices; hands‑on configuration experience (objects, automation, security).
• Strong command of business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and documentation standards.
• Practical project management skills — estimation, resource planning, RAID management, and status reporting (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Comfort with AI-assisted analysis and documentation tools; genuine curiosity about Agentforce and GenAI use cases.

Leadership & Communication

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions without formal authority.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive‑communication skills.

Certifications

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Must Have)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / SAFe or Salesforce Administrator certifications are a strong plus.
