Job summary

mindZvue, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design agent-based workflows and GenAI-powered features using Claude/OpenAI integrations.

You will build with Apex, LWC, and Flows, mentor juniors, and drive AI-assisted engineering across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 days from home; benefits include health insurance, meal card, PTO, and wellness allowances.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

The Salesforce ecosystem is going through its biggest shift since Lightning — and at mindZvue, you'll be on the front line of it. As a Senior Salesforce Developer here, you won't just write Apex and LWC; you'll design Agentforce agents, build GenAI-powered experiences, and ship production code with Claude Code and AI-assisted engineering as part of your everyday toolkit.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Build and configure Agentforce agents — topics, actions, prompt templates, and guardrails — that automate real business workflows for global clients.
• Develop GenAI-powered features using Prompt Builder, Einstein/Agentforce capabilities, and LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) integrated with the Salesforce platform.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Agentic coding workflows) to accelerate build, testing, and documentation — and help define how AI-first delivery works at mindZvue.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, and lead technical design sessions with architects and clients.
• Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, middleware) with external systems, following real-time, batch, and async patterns.
• Champion engineering best practices — CI/CD, source control, code reviews, and test-driven development — across the delivery team.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, design discussions, and AI-tooling enablement.
• Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, or GenAI-based Salesforce solutions — or demonstrable personal/side-project experience with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and governor limits.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async, Web Services), LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar — and the judgment to use them well.
• Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals and how to design reliable, safe AI-driven automation.
• Hands-on experience with data governance, security models, CI/CD, and SDLC best practices.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Must Have)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Must Have)
• Agentforce Specialist / AI Associate / AI Specialist / Cloud Consultant certifications are a strong plus.
