Job summary

Sonata Software in Hyderabad is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in CPQ, Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud and integrations to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will own Quote-to-Cash processes, lead technical discussions with stakeholders, guide the team, perform architecture reviews, and implement CI/CD practices using Git, Copado and SFDX.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex, LWC, and platform customization expertise.
• Proven Salesforce CPQ implementation experience.
• Hands-on Agentforce implementation experience.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading modules or small teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and the Lightning Platform.
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ including product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, product bundles, quote templates, renewals, amendments, and advanced approvals.
• Implement and enhance Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
• Build and configure Agentforce Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, and Prompt Templates.
• Develop Agentforce integrations using Flow and Invocable Apex Actions.
• Design and develop Experience Cloud portals and self-service solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and external systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical solution design.
• Implement CI/CD processes using Git, Copado, SFDX, and deployment best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners.

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, and Integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, implementing Quote-to-Cash processes, AI‑powered Agentforce capabilities, and leading technical discussions with stakeholders.

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Lightning Platform.

• Experience leading modules or small teams is preferred.
