Requirements:

• Proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce and a minimum of 2 years in CPQ development and implementation.
• Understanding and hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ features, functions, configurations, and limitations.
• Good understanding of platform concepts like Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Hands-on experience in configuring complex pricing rules, product bundles, discount schedules, billing, and quote templates within Salesforce CPQ.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile development practices.
• Ability to evaluate new application packages and tools and perform research on best practices.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, including pricing, quoting, and product configurations.
• Implement and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to support business processes.
• Design and develop customized Salesforce applications in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, including code review and optimization on APEX and LWC. Hands-on experience in LWC (creating and enhancing LWC pages) is mandatory.
• Partner with functional team members to improve the end-user experience across processes such as quoting, billing, invoicing, and subscription management.
• Prepare data models, provide technical tasks as per business requirements, and translate complex business requirements into Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Provide client support for troubleshooting ongoing issues and maintain regular Salesforce CPQ operations.
• Develop operational excellence across the cross-functional environment, including development, data cleanliness, privacy, security, tracking, and reporting essential metrics for each client project.
• Work on the integration of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems using REST, SOAP, and bulk APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for CPQ configurations (standard and customized functions) and processes within Salesforce.
• Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring proficiency in using Salesforce CPQ features.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ releases and developments, and follow best industry practices and standards in providing solutions.
