Responsibilities

• Drive sales, eye-test conversion and return-rate targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Coordinate product pickup/delivery and verify fitted lenses before handover.
• Maintain stock, participate in stocktakes and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain store hygiene, product displays and visual-merchandising standards.
• Follow Lenskart's SOPs and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
