Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with plant heads, engineering leaders and manufacturing decision-makers.
• Convert warm leads into qualified business opportunities.
• Develop leads through industry networks and professional referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
• Manage customer meetings, follow-ups, sales pipeline and CRM.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience in industrial automation, machinery, capital equipment, engineering services or manufacturing technology preferred.
• Engineering graduate; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across India and visit manufacturing plants.
• Consultative selling approach and ability to engage with senior industrial stakeholders.
