Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in residential interior sales.
• Experience with full-home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or home improvements.
• Proven team handling and sales target achievement.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.
• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle and close full-home interior projects, from lead generation to final conversion.
• Understand client requirements, budget, lifestyle and design preferences.
• Conduct client meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
• Drive sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions and the sales pipeline.
• Support the team in negotiations and high-value closures.
• Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth handover after closure.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Develop referral opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
