Mahindra Finance in Bundi, Rajasthan invites a dynamic sales professional to lead a team of sales executives and drive monthly tractor loan disbursement targets through proactive outreach, cold calling, and market research.

You will build strong relationships with farmers, assess creditworthiness through financial analysis, and collaborate with operations and customer service to resolve issues and generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in NBFC or banking industry, preferably in pure sales role.
• Strong understanding of agricultural finance products such as tractor loans and financing schemes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with farmers/customers at all levels.
