Job summary

Sbm Chemicals Instruments is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive the sale of imported Capital Equipment and Machinery for the tyre and rubber industry from Mumbai. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills and a deep understanding of project cycles from inquiry through installation and after-sales support.

Ideal candidate has BE in Mechanical or Electrical, 10+ years in Capex sales, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English essential.
• BE - Mechanical/Electrical degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Capex Sales.
• Preference Tyre and Rubber Industry experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint; internet searching.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tyre industry investments, expansion projects; report and interface between customer and supplier.
• Coordinate with principals and customers for project execution, installation, commissioning and after-sales support.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and overseas suppliers throughout the project cycle.
• Handle customer queries and escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Arrange customer visits with overseas suppliers.
