Aanganshobha Interior, a brand of Boltbit Interiors, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for its Pune operations. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on generating leads, meeting clients, presenting interior design solutions, and closing deals within client budgets.

You will coordinate with design and project teams, visit client sites, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and market growth in Pune Division.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in interiors, real estate, or related design and construction sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts and commercial terms clearly to clients.
• Ability to conduct site visits, understand client needs, and translate requirements into viable proposals and quotations.
• Comfortable working on-site in the Pune Division, managing local travel across areas such as Wakad, Hinjawadi, Baner, Balewadi, Kharadi, Ravet, and PCMC.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with design and project teams.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in a senior or lead sales role will be highly beneficial.

Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive – Aanganshobha Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The individual will be responsible for generating and managing leads, meeting prospective clients, and presenting interior design solutions that align with client requirements and budgets.
