Job summary

Livable Home Designrs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident Interior Consultant to understand clients’ interior design requirements, propose suitable design solutions, and explain project packages.

You will convert enquiries into confirmed projects, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the design team in Wakad, Pune. The role requires 1–3 years’ experience in interior design sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret floor plans for clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming interior design enquiries and generate leads through follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable design proposals and quotations.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design consultations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Negotiate pricing and project terms within company-approved guidelines.
• Maintain client records, enquiry status, and follow-up reports in the CRM.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth client handover.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain professional client relationships.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Interior Consultant to understand clients’ interior design requirements, recommend suitable design solutions, explain project packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming interior design enquiries and generate leads through follow-ups.
2. Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines.
3. Explain interior design concepts, packages, materials, finishes, and services.
4. Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable design proposals and quotations.
5. Schedule client meetings, site visits, and design consultations.
6. Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
7. Negotiate pricing and project terms within company-approved guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–3 years in interior design sales, consultation, or a related field.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential interiors.
• Ability to understand floor plans and explain design concepts to clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Experience in an interior design firm or modular furniture company will be an advantage.
