Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in General Trade Sales across paints, building materials, consumer durables, footwear, consumer electronics, luggage industries.
• Proven experience in secondary sales is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of General Trade sales and distribution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive Secondary Sales across the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and strengthen the General Trade business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain receivables within approved credit limits.
• Expand the distribution network to improve market coverage and product availability.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
• Execute sales and promotional activities effectively.
• Prepare sales reports and share market insights with the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
