We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base across paint, building materials, and related industries. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and strengthening dealer, distributor, retailer, and key client relationships.

You will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, negotiating deals, and representing the company with professionalism in the Pune region.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in paints, building materials, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
