Job summary

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer 2W & 3W Tyres responsible for driving tyre sales and market development within the assigned territory. The role will focus primarily on sales (80%) and service activities (20%).

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives for 2W and 3W tyres in the designated territory.
• Conduct regular visits to existing dealers to generate repeat the business.
• Appoint and onboard new dealers.
• Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities for 2W and 3W tyres.
• Monitor dealer-wise sales, stock levels, secondary sales and market movement.
• Collect and communicate market intelligence, including competitor pricing, products, schemes, customer preferences and activities.
• Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments and dealer requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop territory-wise sales plans and execute them effectively.

Service

• Address basic technical complaints related to tyre performance, fitment, usage and application.
• Conduct field visits for tyre-related complaints and coordinate.
• Support tyre inspection and complaint investigation as per company procedures.
• Provide product/application training to dealers.
