Job summary

JB Group of Companies in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a seasoned B2B PPE sales professional to drive key accounts and expand distribution across industries. You will promote products, train stakeholders, and work with safety managers and purchase teams to meet sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year B2B PPE sales experience, strong business development skills, and a track record in selling to chemical, pharma, automotive, petrochemical, or mining sectors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year B2B PPE sales experience.
• Proven sales professional with ability to meet targets.
• Experience selling to Chemical, Bulk drugs, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Petrochemical or Mining industries.
• Strong relationship-building and channel development skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle key accounts and build relationships with users/buyers.
• Develop new key accounts based on market potential.
• Promote products and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise counter strategies.
• Coordinate promotional activities like sampling, seminars and on-site trainings.
• Meet Safety Managers and Purchase teams regularly at industries/sites.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Develop and manage distributors/wholesalers in the region.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Key accounts handling-
• Relationship building with existing key accounts' users / buyers and develop new key accounts based on potential. Increase the sales of existing products and promote new products for cross selling.
• Monitor competition activities and find counter solution.
• Promotional activities like sampling/ seminars/ on-site trainings etc.
• Meeting Safety Managers/Purchase team on regular basis at all Industries/Manufacturing sites.
• 3-4 meetings with end users/day.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Channel Development and management:
• Managing existing distributors and develop/ appoint new distributors/wholesalers based on market potential in his region/ Industrial Hubs.
• Retail stores visits and doing promotion/POP material and making sure that company products are visible and sold on the retail counters.
• Primary and secondary sales management for each distributor.
• Payment collection from Industrial customers and distributors.

Skills Required-

• B2B PPE sales experience of 1 year+
• Hard core sales professional.
• Strong business development capability.
• B2B sales experience especially to Chemical/ Bulk drugs Pharmaceutical/Automotive/Petrochemical/Mining Industries.
