Job summary

JB Group of Companies in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive B2B PPE product sales. You will build and sustain relationships with key accounts, promote products through seminars and trainings, and expand the distributor network across industrial hubs. Regular site visits and target achievement are expected.

The role focuses on promoting PPE across chemical, bulk drug, automotive, and mining sectors with emphasis on cross-selling and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B PPE sales experience.
• Hardcore sales professional with strong business development.
• Experience selling to chemical/bulk drug sectors.
• Ability to visit sites and promote products at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and develop/appoint new distributors/wholesalers.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Promotional activities like sampling, seminars, and on-site trainings.
• Meet Safety Managers/Purchase teams regularly at industries/manufacturing sites.
• 3-4 meetings with end users per day.
• Handle payment collections from industrial customers and distributors.
• Ensure products are visible and sold on retail counters and drive cross-selling.
