Job summary

Lenskart Retail Stores is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive sales, support junior staff, and maintain store operations and brand standards as per Lenskart SOPs.

You will greet customers, recommend eye-care products, coordinate eye-tests with optometrists, handle billing and POS, manage basic inventory, and ensure visual merchandising and hygiene meet brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales (optical / fashion / lifestyle preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with focus on targets and conversion.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge.
• Team player with leadership potential.

Responsibilities
