Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Senior Sales Associate for its retail stores. You will deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales of frames, lenses, and services, and support store operations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Experience in optical/fashion retail is preferred, with a Graduation degree and POS knowledge. This is a frontline, in-store position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in retail sales (optical / fashion / lifestyle preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized eye-care and product recommendations.
• Drive sales of frames, lenses, accessories, and services.
• Support Store Manager in daily store operations and target achievement.
• Guide and mentor junior sales associates on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure accurate eye-test coordination with optometrists.
• Handle billing, cash/POS operations, and basic inventory checks.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene, and brand presentation.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Adhere to Lenskart SOPs, service standards, and compliance norms.
