Job summary

DLF Ltd in Haryana, Panchkula region, seeks an experienced Construction Safety Professional to lead HSE compliance across project sites. You will implement policies, conduct inspections, and drive risk-management practices on high-rise, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in construction safety, with real estate developers, and holds ADIS plus engineering degree. You will train staff, maintain incident records, and coordinate with contractors to ensure

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Construction Safety.
• Mandatory experience with reputed Real Estate Developers.
• Proven experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-Use Projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards, statutory compliance, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across project sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor safe work practices for activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, formwork, electrical work, and confined space entry.
• Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses, safety observations, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve safety objectives.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis.
• Monitor usage of PPEs and enforce safety discipline at site.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning
