Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE programs on high-rise, commercial or mixed-use projects.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent safety certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies across project sites.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, HIRA/JSA, and risk assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with client and company safety standards.
• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.
• Manage PTW for high-risk activities (work at height, lifting, hot work, excavation, confined space).
• Investigate incidents and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper PPE, fall protection, and firefighting equipment availability and use.
• Plan and conduct emergency drills and maintain preparedness.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain HSE records and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and government authorities on safety.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, training, and awareness programs.
• Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, hot work, excavation, and confined space entry.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE, fall protection systems, and firefighting equipment.
• Plan and conduct emergency response drills and maintain emergency preparedness.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain HSE records, statutory documentation, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and government authorities on safety matters.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS, or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
