Job summary

Naiknavare Developers is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to implement and oversee health, safety, and environment strategies on site in Pune. The role involves driving awareness, coordinating inductions and toolbox talks, and building robust HSE processes.

The candidate will lead the HSE team, supervise external safety services, and participate in recruitment. It also covers audits, incident tracking, and preparing top-management reports to improve safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Creating HSE awareness among work force & management
• Active participation in Inductions, Trainings, Tool Box Talks, etc.
• Developing Inspection & surveillance plan for HSE
• Ensure smooth functioning of HSE processes, with OR without software
• Leading the HSE Team on all fronts successfully including allocation
• Leading & directing external safety services
• Participate in interview & selection process of HSE personnel
• Managing periodic site safety audits
• Effective implementation of Safety Violation debit system
• Developing & implementing periodical HSE Surveillance process
• Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned
• Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of HSE Management
• Providing Support for ISO 18001 certification
