Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions in Bengaluru invites applications for an HSE professional to manage safety documentation, audits, and incident reporting on project sites. You will prepare HSE Plan, SOP, HIRA, Permit to Work, JSA, conduct HSE audits, prepare audit documents, and lead investigations into incidents, near-misses and dangerous occurrences; you will also conduct safety inductions and fire drills.

Qualifications

• Preparation of all HSE relevant documents including HSE Plan, SOP, HIRA, PERMIT to work, JSA etc.
• Expert to conduct HSE Audit
• Preparation of HSE Audit documents and auditor recommended documents
• Prepare incident/accident/dangerous occurrence/near miss/first aid case reports
• Individually can conduct safety audit and prepare report accordingly
• Prepare safety induction procedure
• Prepare power points presentation. Skilled in coordination, implementation and maintaining Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities
• Supporter of the lead HSE to implement project HSE programs & initiatives
• Informing in writing to the HSE Manager on completion of the provision of necessary HSE equipment and fire preventive measures has been taken on board
• Inspects and ensures safety measure have been taken on board
• Endorsing the various Permit-To-Work authorized by the company
• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of project work and activities to ensure compliance with Government legislations and company\'s regulations and maintaining the documentation record
• Participating in investigation of incidents, accidents as a team leader and analysing the root causes and recommending corrective measures
• Capable to perform the fire fighting and rescue operations when required
• Coordinating to the HSE Lead for Plans, controls and preparing the
