Job Title: Software Engineer – RPA

Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days/week from office)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer – RPA with strong expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, hands‑on experience in RPA development, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and high‑quality RPA components and workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Perform debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed bots and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
• Support production deployments and provide post‑implementation support when required.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with client teams and work from the client office as per project requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands‑on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Proficiency in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate development.
• Over 5 years of process automation experience.
• Strong experience with UiPath and Power Automate programming.
• Basic knowledge of C#, .Net, and JavaScript.
• Experience with exception handling mechanisms.
• Experience with UiPath RE Framework and Power Automate Cloud flows & desktop flows.
• Experience working with Excel, email, API, database, and web‑app automations.
• Experience with Orchestrator for deployments and monitoring.
• Experience with UiPath document understanding and Power Automate document intelligence.
• Ability to create PDD (optional) and knowledge of SDD.
• Ability to perform unit & functional testing on bots.
• Ability to understand processes and analyze business workflows.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI workflow development is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to handle clients individually if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in process assessment and automation feasibility analysis.
