Job summary

Onix Networking Corporation is seeking a Lead / Senior Executive for Resource Management in Pune/Hyderabad/Bengaluru. You will drive end-to-end resource lifecycle management, optimize bench costs, and coordinate with Delivery, HR, and Finance teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in RMG/Resource Operations, hands-on experience with Salesforce PSA, JIRA, and DarwinBox, and strong data analytics and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in RMG/Resource Operations within IT Services.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce PSA, JIRA, and HRIS tools.
• Strong skills in excel-based data analytics and weekly leadership reporting.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment: Review Resource Requests and prioritize internal allocation.
• PSA Operations: Manage resource assignments and approvals in Salesforce PSA.
• Utilization Bench: Monitor bench reports and enforce ramp-down timelines.
• Data HRIS Sync: Reconcile PSA data with HRIS headcount/exits.
• Operations Support: Handle L1 manager changes and timebooking queries.

Role Overview

Drive end-to-end resource lifecycle management to maximize team utilization, optimize bench costs, and streamline project staffing in coordination with Delivery, HR, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfillment: Review Resource Requests (RRs) and prioritize internal allocation from the Global Pool over external hiring.
• PSA Operations: Manage resource assignments, schedules, and approvals in Salesforce PSA within 24 hours.
• Utilization Bench: Monitor bench reports, track low utilization, and enforce a 30-day advance notice for ramp-downs.
• Data HRIS Sync: Reconcile PSA allocation data with HRIS (DarwinBox) headcount and exits.
• Operations Support: Handle L1 Manager changes, timebooking/leave queries, and post-project feedback collection.

Requirements

• 4?6 years in RMG/Resource Operations within IT Services.
• Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce PSA, JIRA, and HRIS tools (DarwinBox).
• Strong skills in excel-based data analytics and weekly leadership reporting (demand, utilization, bench cost).
