Job summary

NewVision Software, now part of SoftServe, is seeking a Business Excellence Lead – RMG in Pune for an in-office role. You will own end-to-end workforce planning, predictive fulfilment, utilization, analytics, and automation to drive RMG outcomes.

You will mentor senior team members, strengthen the RMG function, and lead initiatives to improve processes, tools, and reporting maturity while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / related functions.
• Strong ownership of function-level outcomes, metrics, and SLAs.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
• Experience in IT Services, preferably in organizations with 300–2,000+ associates.
• Exposure to automation, data engineering, BI, or advanced analytics would be an advantage.
