Job summary

The Role

This is not a traditional corporate R&D role.

We need a builder someone who loves creating products, solving formulation challenges, experimenting with new technologies, and moving fast. As a leadership mindset role in R&D, you will lead everything from concept creation and formulation development to pilot production and commercialization.

Youll work directly with founders, clients, manufacturing teams, and ingredient partners to create products that stand out in a crowded beauty market. Youll play a key role in shaping the companys innovation culture and technical reputation.
