Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior R&D/Product Development professional (preferably PhD) with strong formulation expertise and experience in personal care, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG. The role involves leading end-to-end product development from concept to commercial launch while ensuring scientific rigor, stability, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and scientific trends to build the innovation pipeline.
• Conduct stability, compatibility, safety, and claims validation studies with internal/external partners.
• Manage technology transfer, pilot batches, scale-up, and troubleshooting at manufacturing stage.
• Collaborate with marketing, packaging, supply chain, regulatory, and QC/QA teams for seamless execution.
• Prepare technical documentation: specs, BOMs, dossiers, regulatory files.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch improvements through consumer insights and feedback analysis.

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Cosmetic Science / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering OR M.Pharm/M.Tech with strong R&D background.
