Career Guideline is seeking a dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to drive residential property sales and nurture customer relationships. This role focuses on presenting suitable homes, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth buyer experience in a target-driven environment.

You will generate and nurture leads, coordinate site visits, and liaise with developers and lenders to support customers through the home loan process. This is an office-based role requiring strong sales skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• Experience in direct sales or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct multiple customer meetings per day.
