We’re looking for a Recruiter Consultant for a 3-month contract with performance-based extension, who combines proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder partnership, and data-driven hiring to help scale high‑performing teams. Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring bands and functions: create job briefs, source candidates, conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and close offers.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and passive outreach for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Manage the ATS lifecycle create requisitions, update candidate status, ensure data accuracy, and deliver weekly hiring reports and funnel metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, evaluate candidates using structured scorecards, and advise on market compensation and hiring timelines.
• Improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency by standardising interview guides, implementing feedback loops, and running recruitment sprints for priority roles.
• Represent the employer externally drive referral programs, campus engagement, and targeted sourcing campaigns to strengthen employer brand.
