• Experience and expertise in cost estimation and budgeting for civil construction projects.
• Strong ability to prepare financial reports and manage project finances.
• Proven experience in vendor quotation analysis and negotiation.
• Experience in reviewing contracts and identifying financial/risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations; support in negotiation and vendor finalization.
• Review and manage contracts, identifying financial and legal risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate periodic financial progress reports for internal management and clients.
• Monitor project expenditure, cash flow, and forecasting to ensure budgets are met.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to ensure timely payments and billing accuracy.
• Recommend cost-saving alternatives, procurement efficiency, and value engineering solutions.
• Support dispute resolution and claims assessment based on contract and cost analysis.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
