Senior Quality Engineer

Job summary

Lipi is seeking a QA Engineer with strong shop-floor experience to ensure product and process quality across manufacturing and assembly operations.

You will conduct in-process and final inspections, verify conformance to drawings and GD&T, and implement and maintain QMS requirements IATF 16949 / ISO 9001. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Candidates with Automotive/OEM experience will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on manufacturing shop-floor QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drawings, GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and QMS practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with OEM customer quality teams.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
