Job summary

Parko Hardware is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure manufacturing processes and finished products meet the highest quality standards. You will implement QC systems, conduct inspections, and coordinate with production and design teams to maintain consistent quality.

You will lead root cause analysis, drive CAPA, monitor ISO/QMS compliance, maintain documentation, and train shop-floor staff on procedures. Experience with sheet metal, electroplating, and relevant measuring tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in establishing quality control procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of sheet metal, assembly, electroplating, and zinc.
• Experience with ISO/QMS and internal audits.
• Familiar with GD&T and measurement instruments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure that our manufacturing processes and finished products meet the highest quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, identifying process improvements, and coordinating with the production and design teams to maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards for manufacturing operations.
• Should have experience in Sheet metal, assembly, Electroplating, Zinc.
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Analyse quality data and identify areas for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO/Quality Management System (QMS) standards and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation, including inspection reports, calibration records, and non-conformance reports.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and coordinate with vendors for material quality improvements.
• Train shop-floor staff on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
• Must have experience in Sheet Metal, Power Press, Electroplating.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management software.
