Job summary

ClearTrail Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Indore is seeking an experienced QA engineer to lead software testing and automation within networking-focused projects.

You will mentor the QA team and define test strategies across functional, integration and end-to-end testing. The role requires hands-on automation using Selenium with Java/Python, PyTest, Robot Framework, and TestNG/JUnit, plus scripting skills in Shell or Bash.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in Networking Domain (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
• Experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Java/Python, PyTest, Robot Framework, TestNG/JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of defect management and test lifecycle processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience in Python programming for automation.
• Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Bash, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, test plans, automation roadmap, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with Development, Product Management, and DevOps teams.
