Job summary

Royal Cyber Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with ServiceNow testing experience in Chennai to join our technology team.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of hands-on testing experience focusing on ServiceNow Native and Portal testing, along with strong STLC knowledge and agile delivery experience. Knowledge of API testing tools, cloud platforms, and basic automation with Selenium/Cucumber is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow Native and Portal Testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes (STLC).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and defect tracking (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (B2C/B2B/C2C).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger UI, SOAP UI, CURL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Basic automation testing using Selenium and Cucumber; performance testing with JMeter.
• Good communication and potential team-leading experience.

Senior QA Engineer with Service Now Testing Experience

1. 6 - 8 years of strong experince in Service Now Native and Portal Testing

• Strong communication skills and knowledge in QA Process (STLC)


• Agile Methodologies, Testing (JIRA, Zephyr, Qmetry) and Defect Management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla etc)


• Good Experience in e-commerce platforms and models like B2C, B2B,C2C etc


• Good knowledge in parallel browser or platform testing using tools like Browser Stack or Sause labs will add on


• Knowledge in API testing tools like Post Man, Swagger UI, SOAP UI, CURL etc


• Knowledge in cloud platform like AWS, MS Azure and Google will be an add on


• Basic knowledge in Automation Testing using Selenium and cucumber (open source tools)


• Basic knowledge in Performance Testing - JMeter


• Good to have some level Team Leading experience


• Basic knowledge in Databases like SQL, MySQL etc
