QA Engineer with Service Now Experience: 2 - 5 years of strong experience in Service Now Native and Portal Testing

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and knowledge in QA Process (STLC)
• Agile Methodologies, Testing (JIRA, Zephyr, Qmetry) and Defect Management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla etc)
• Good Experience in e-commerce platforms and models like B2C, B2B, C2C etc
• Good knowledge in parallel browser or platform testing using tools like Browser Stack or Sauce labs will add on
• Knowledge in API testing tools like Post Man, Swagger UI, SOAP UI, CURL etc
• Knowledge in cloud platform like AWS, MS Azure and Google will be an add on
• Basic knowledge in Automation Testing using Selenium and cucumber (open source tools)
• Basic knowledge in Performance Testing - JMeter
• Basic knowledge in Databases like SQL, MySQL etc
• Experience in ServiceNow Forms automation using ATF
