Job summary

Globallogic is seeking a seasoned QA Engineer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Playwright with Typescript and REST API automation. The role requires AGILE experience, strong functional testing skills, and a solid grasp of QA methodologies.

You will design test coverage, run business-cycle tests, review specifications, and clearly reproduce bugs in a fast-paced team environment. You will collaborate across disciplines, leverage Git for version control, and may engage with cloud-oriented

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with Playwright, Typescript and REST API automation.
• Knowledge of AGILE methodology and release processes.
• Experience in functional testing (manual and automation).
• Thorough understanding of QA theory, concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Understanding of testing methodologies including test automation.
• Experience with source control technologies (Git).
• Experience with defect management software and procedures.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Nice to have deployment knowledge using Jenkins and Harness.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture.

Requirements
