Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. in India seeks an experienced QA Engineer to design and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring robust coverage of specs. The role focuses on Playwright with TypeScript and REST API automation, coupled with manual testing in an AGILE framework.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with Playwright, TS, and REST API automation.
• Knowledge of software testing and release processes.
• Experience with AGILE Methodology.
• Functional testing (manual and automation).
• Thorough QA theory, concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Understanding of testing methodologies including test automation.

Requirements

• 6-8 Years of experience inPlaywright with Typescriptand Rest API Automation, BDD.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Software testing and release processes.
• Experience with AGILE Methodology.
• Experience in Functional Testing (Manual and automation).
• Excellent knowledge of quality theory, concepts, tools, and methodologies of quality assurance.
• Thorough understanding of testing methodologies, including test automation.
• Experience with Source Control Technologies (GIT).
• Experience with defect management software and procedures
• Knowledge of software development life cycles
• Good to have Deployment knowledge using Jenkins, and Harness.
• Cloud Platform: AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of Microservice architecture.
