Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with Playwright and TypeScript expertise in India. The role focuses on designing test coverage from specifications, executing end-to-end test cycles, and ensuring quality across microservices architectures.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with strong collaboration, clear reproduction steps for bugs, and opportunities for professional growth through development programs and certifications.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Playwright with TypeScript and REST API automation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software testing and release processes.
• Experience with AGILE Methodology.
• Experience in Functional Testing (Manual and automation).
• Excellent knowledge of quality theory, concepts, tools, and QA methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of testing methodologies, including test automation.
• Experience with Source Control Technologies (GIT).
• Good to have Deployment knowledge using Jenkins, and Harness.
• Cloud Platform: AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of Microservice architecture.
