Job summary

Grace Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced procurement and inventory professional to plan, procure and develop vendors ensuring timely material delivery and optimal stock levels across sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and maintain GRN numbers and item codes using Excel and ERP, while negotiating lead times and quality standards with suppliers.

This role suits someone with 4–9 years in electronics manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning, procurement, and vendor development to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, quality standards, and lead times.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  
• Analyze data to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate purchasing decisions into overall business strategy.

• Can Maintain Minimum Stock Ratio and GRN Number and is well versed with Item code and have exposer with Excel and ERP.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry or related field (electrical engineering background preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of electrical components such as AC/DC motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings etc.

• Experience in Battery Manufacturing preferred.

• Experienced in Electrical and Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
