Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in electronic component procurement.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory planning and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Electronic Component Sourcing: Source and procure electronic components such as ICs, semiconductors, resistors, capacitors, connectors, PCBs, sensors, relays, and other production materials.
• Supplier Relationship: Build and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability to ensure consistent supply.
• Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.
• Replenishment Orders: Plan material requirements, raise purchase orders, and ensure on-time availability of components.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchase records, supplier performance reports, inventory reports, and ERP transactions.
