Job summary

Indian Writing Instruments P in Mumbai invites an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchase operations for RM, PM, spares, consumables, indirect and capex, including PO creation and the full P2P cycle.

You will coordinate with factories, develop new vendors, drive cost reductions, manage inventory, and prepare purchase reports and vendor payments.

Responsibilities

• Handling Purchase operations (RM, PM, Spares & Consumables, Indirect & Capex, Import) for factory including PO creation and complete P2P process.
• Handling Purchase operations (Indirect & Capex) for Factories.
• Handling Project Management activities assigned by Management
• Handling projects assigned by management
• Handling Indirect purchase for HO and factory
• Coordination work with both factory.
• New vendor development.
• Cost reduction.
• Inventory Management.
• Supplier quality rating.
• Preparation of purchase reports and payment allocation sheet of vendors & service providers.
