Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Electronics, Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in Quality Management, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or related functions in automotive, semiconductor, electronics, or similar industries.
• Minimum 5 years and leadership experience for director level roles.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools (8D, SPC, FMEA).
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and VDA 2 standards is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Supplier Quality Management activities, including IQC.
• Ensure quality and reliability of productive raw materials for manufacturing.
• Drive qualification and release processes for new suppliers and raw materials.
• Develop and execute supplier quality improvement programs to enhance performance and reduce risks.
• Partner with global Supplier Quality teams to align strategies.
• Lead supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Manage critical quality escalations and root cause investigations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director Supplier Quality Management to lead supplier quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of productive raw materials, driving supplier performance improvements, leading supplier qualification activities, and strengthening collaboration with global quality teams.
