Job summary

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup, coordinating with senior stakeholders, managing budgets, risks, and delivery across Agile or Waterfall lifecycles. 11+ years of experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage project dependencies, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Manage and contribute to project steering committees, providing detailed project information and managing senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including WBS, MS Project plans, reports, and records.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Manage budget utilization based on allocated budget, monitoring actuals versus forecast.
• Lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Transaction Banking Services (TBS) Channels IT Team. The role will focus on leading end-to-end projects and roadmap.

The role requires strong project management experience, banking domain knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and experience working with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources.

• Knowledge of software quality assurance and BDD practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
