Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc in India is seeking a Project Manager for Transaction Banking/ Payments with 8–12 years of experience to lead payments, cards, and ops transformation initiatives in a multi-year engagement.

You will own governance, manage RAID logs, financials, and business cases, track delivery with JIRA, Confluence and Clarity, and guide end-to-end delivery lifecycle as a Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more
• Experience managing large transformation engagements, with hands-on project governance experience — running/anchoring steering committees, working groups, and other relevant cadences

• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity
• Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a Delivery Manager at each stage

Project Manager - Transaction Banking/ Payments - - (BFSI) - India (IK)

Role Type: Project Manager
Number of Openings: 1
Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Pune / Bangalore preferred.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
