Job summary

Vyntrapro Innovations seeks a senior IT Program/Project Manager in India to steer end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of large-scale IT/e-Governance initiatives. You will manage timelines, risks and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with laws, security standards, and governance requirements, while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of IT program and project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale GOI/state government IT/e-Governance projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, RDBMS, system integration, BI tools, Tableau and GIS integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and manage teams of 40+ members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 17+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience managing at least 2 GOI/State Government/UT Government IT projects.
• Proven experience handling large-scale IT/e-Governance projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, RDBMS, System Integration, BI Tools, Tableau, and GIS Integration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder, and client management skills
