Job summary

BookMyMentor is looking for a Senior Manager based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, to oversee the development and implementation of digital health solutions. You will manage projects aimed at strengthening public healthcare delivery and lead initiatives for healthcare personnel training.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields with 5-12 years of experience in managing health IT projects. Strong knowledge of HMIS and proficiency in data reporting tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in Government or Public Health sectors.
• Experience in managing large-scale software implementations and digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HMIS, ABDM, health technology platforms, databases, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Application development and implementation and integration of digital health solutions across the state
• Monitor performance through dashboards and data-driven reporting
• Ensure compliance, governance, and resolution of technical issues
• Lead training and capacity-building initiatives for healthcare personnel
• Coordinate with government departments, NIC, and technology partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Health Informatics
• 5-12 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in Government or Public Health sectors
• Experience in managing large-scale software implementations and digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of HMIS, ABDM, health technology platforms, databases, and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
