Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead planning, monitoring, and execution of government technology projects.
• Support project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Ensure timely achievement of project objectives and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with government departments, implementation agencies, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate project review meetings and governance committees.
• Coordinate between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.

Functional & Technology Advisory

• Provide advisory support on digital transformation and e-Governance programs.
• Review business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Support requirement gathering, solution assessment, and implementation oversight.
• Evaluate project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, risk registers, and executive presentations.
• Track KPIs and monitor implementation progress.
• Support preparation of project documentation and government submissions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Experience in project management and PMU support for Government projects.
• Experience in at least two Government projects involving system/software development.
